English is standard. Spanish/bi-lingual applies a fair uplift (with small floors) to cover sourcing, testing, and QA. Coverage uplift is typically +0.15–0.25 for nights/weekends/U.S. prime time.
Voice: If you choose RemoteTeam.net VOIP phone services, a fixed monthly add-on applies. No metered billing.

Recruitment-only (one-time)
